Health Monitor

Know which device has a problem before you need it

Watch every network element in your public-address, CCTV and IoT deployment from one screen. See where a fault is before the detail, and bring every site into one operating picture — all from a web browser.

Simulated

The problem

  • Devices fail unnoticed until the day you need to broadcast or need the footage.
  • A whole speaker zone goes silent and hundreds of alarms pop up, so operators do not know where to look first.
  • Scheduled maintenance is counted as downtime, so availability reports stop meaning anything.

How it works

01

Collect

One server-side installation polls devices over SNMP, ICMP, TCP, HTTP(S), ONVIF, MQTT, Modbus, Syslog and SNMP Trap.

02

Evaluate and alert

Values are checked against thresholds, endpoint loss is grouped by zone, and alerts go to the command-centre screen, the map, e-mail, LINE, SNMP trap and webhook.

03

Show and report

GIS map, E-Map, a customisable dashboard and availability reports in a web browser, with every site federated into one picture.

Capabilities

Many device classes

  • What is watched — switches, routers, servers, IP speakers and microphones, IP cameras, recorders, UPS and IoT sensors.
  • Health down to the port — port status, PoE per port and remaining PoE budget, CPU, memory, uptime, and temperature with warning and critical thresholds.
  • Power supply, fans and configuration changes — where the device exposes them, with timestamp and who made the change.
  • IP speakers and microphones — ICMP heartbeat and TCP probe: state, response time and last-seen timestamp.
  • IoT sensors — temperature, humidity, electrical current, water level and air quality over MQTT, Modbus or an IoT gateway, with two-stage thresholds.

Only the alarms that matter

  • One fault, one alarm — endpoint loss is reported by zone, so a silent zone raises one incident.
  • Seen before it is needed — scheduled availability tests outside broadcast hours.
  • Multi-channel alerting — command-centre screen, map, e-mail, LINE, SNMP trap and webhook.
  • Escalation — a second recipient list is notified if an alarm is not acknowledged in time.
  • Maintenance windows — scheduled work is suppressed and kept out of the availability report.

Where, then what

  • GIS map — Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Mapbox, offline GIS and ArcGIS; search by name, IP address, zone or site.
  • 2D / 3D E-Map — equipment positions inside the site and zone alarms.
  • Click for detail — live status, recent history and alarm log without leaving the map.
  • Customisable dashboard — green, yellow and red indicators, counts by type, zone or site, and widgets you arrange yourself.

Reports

  • Availability and uptime — per device, zone and site, exported to Excel or PDF.
  • Alarm history — with MTTA and MTTR.

Video linkage

  • Open the camera from the map marker — with a SafeAll Recorder Integration licence on the same server.
  • Live and playback for up to 256 cameras — export to Raw, AVI or MP4 with optional password.

Platform and security

  • Web console — Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, plus phones and tablets on iOS / Android.
  • Thai and English — selected per user account.
  • Role-based access — account lockout, password expiry and LDAP / Active Directory.
  • Audit log — log-in, log-out, failed attempts, configuration changes and alarm acknowledgement.
  • REST API (JSON) — inventory, current state and history; Syslog, SNMP Trap, MQTT, Modbus and OPC receivers.
  • Bulk onboarding — CSV import or IP range scan.
  • Multi-site, multi-server — remote sites keep collecting while the WAN is down and back-fill when it returns.
  • Standby server — takes over polling and alerting if the primary fails.

Who uses it

City public-address systems

Know which speaker zone is silent before a broadcast.

Multi-site CCTV

Cameras, recorders and PoE switches in one picture.

Buildings and estates with IoT sensors

Temperature, humidity, water level and air quality with two-stage alarms.

Maintenance contractors

Back up service delivery with uptime and MTTA / MTTR reports.

Deployment

  • Windows Server 2019 / 2022 or Linux (Ubuntu LTS, RHEL)
  • VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox, no dedicated appliance
  • Multi-site
  • Standby server
