CSIM platform

One architecture, multi-vendor from day one

A software layer on top of your existing security systems. It takes signals from different vendors, converts them into one event format, and passes them to operators so they can decide faster, without replacing equipment you have already paid for.

Simulated
System structure

Three layers, each with a clear job

Separating the layers means a new brand can be added without affecting what operators are using, and each layer can be tested on its own.

Layer 3

Presentation layer

The command center on operator workstations for continuous monitoring, and web pages for managers and reports. Both use the same design language and the same status colors.

Operator Console Web Dashboard Event map Reports
Layer 2

Core processing

Merges and prioritizes events, sets escalation rules, links events to cameras and locations, and keeps usage logs for later review.

Event merging Severity escalation Camera + location linking Logs for later review
Layer 1

Device connection layer

A connector for each brand wraps the manufacturer's SDK or a common standard into one interface. A new brand means a new connector, with no change to the core.

Core capabilities

A command center for operators

The screen operators use all shift. It shows the most important thing first and cuts the number of clicks needed to reach the camera you want.

  • Multi-camera layouts — arrange from 1 up to 6×6 cameras and switch camera sets by task
  • Playback with a timeline — scrub to the time you need on a single timeline, as far as each device model supports
  • Evidence export — cut clips by time range and split long ranges into files automatically, as far as each device model supports
  • Maps and floor plans — see device and event locations on real maps
  • Response procedures (SOP) — when an event occurs, the system shows the steps to follow one by one
  • Per-user access permissions — set who can see which camera and what they can do
Device health monitoring

Know before you need the footage

The costliest damage is finding out, just when you need the evidence, that a camera went dark two weeks ago. The system checks device status continuously and alerts you at the first sign that something is wrong.

  • Checks connection, authentication and recording in continuous rounds
  • Tells you whether the cause is the network, the device, or a changed password
  • Summarizes into daily and monthly availability reports
  • Can send alerts through the channels your team already uses
Video analytics

AI that runs on your own network

Video analytics models run on servers inside the site. Video does not need to be sent out to the cloud for processing. This suits organizations that have rules about data leaving the organization.

Object and person detection

Separates people, vehicles and objects of interest from general motion, reducing false alarms from swaying leaves or changing light.

Zone and line rules

Define restricted areas or boundary lines, and the system raises an event when something crosses into them.

Works offline

Processes locally with ONNX Runtime, so it works fully at sites cut off from the internet.

Deployment

Designed for demanding sites

Topic SafeAll CSIM approach
Deployment model On-premises by default — all data and video stay on the organization's network
Closed networks Fully supports air-gapped sites. Installation, updates and database updates can all be done without an internet connection.
Database PostgreSQL — an open structure that can be inspected, and does not lock data into a vendor-specific format
Scaling Add devices and sites in phases without changing the core of the system
Continuity Designed for 24/7 operation, with a built-in self-monitoring mechanism
Updates Updates can be installed offline on a closed network, with no internet connection
Add-on modules

More than a platform — choose extra modules to suit the work

Every module uses the same CSIM core. Start with the parts you need and add more later.

For government agencies

Export Online CCTV

An online system for receiving CCTV footage requests from the public — submit a request on the web, two-level approval, automatic clip cutting, and status updates through LINE, with no trip to the office.

SMART CITY

Open City

Opens city camera and sensor data (water level, air quality, traffic) to the public and to agencies according to their permissions, with a real-time public dashboard. Designed specifically for local government.

Control room

Video Wall Management

Manage the control room video wall — combine several screens into one image or split one screen into several views, with free-form snap-to-grid layouts, showing video, maps and alerts on every screen at the same time.

Hardware

SafeAll Decoder

A high-performance video decoder for video walls. It takes H.264/H.265 streams from supported cameras and recorders of different brands and displays them continuously 24/7, with 2×2 to 4×4 layouts per screen.

Multi-site

Recorder Integration

Monitor DVR / NVR / VMS across sites from one point — live view, playback, device health monitoring and event alerts. Supports up to 256 cameras per view (depending on hardware), with no limit on the number of cameras and recorders in the system.

Core

CSIM Platform

The heart of it all — merges events from CCTV, physical systems, IoT and cyber into one operational picture, with response procedures (SOP) whose status is tracked in full, from intake to closure. Thai/English interface.

CCTV-IoT Sharing

Share camera video with the public, recording systems, AI and other agencies

CCTV-IoT Sharing passes camera video to those who need it: the public, recording systems, AI and other agencies.

To the public

Share traffic, tourism and security camera video so the public can watch it on a website.

To recording systems

Share to NVR/VMS

Send camera streams to a video recorder.

To AI

Share with AI

Send camera video to an AI system to use.

To other agencies

Share between agencies

Share cameras between agencies, so cameras do not have to be installed twice.

  • Publish live video from cameras
  • Generate HTML code for embedding video on a website
  • Proxy camera streams, set to pull continuously or only when someone is watching
  • Convert streams between protocols automatically, for example publish over RTSP, RTMP, HLS and WebRTC
  • Query and control the server through an HTTP API
  • Show camera icons on Google Map and open live video on the web portal
  • The web portal supports both registered and unregistered users
  • A dashboard summarizing the total number of cameras, portal usage statistics, and offline camera streams
