What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you enter:
- Your full name
- Your organization or company name
- Your email address and phone number
- The topic you chose, the other options you selected in the form (for example the modules you ask about, the type of site, the approximate number of cameras) and the details you wrote
The site uses a Cloudflare security check to tell real visitors from automated programs. Cloudflare also handles the server logs of the service that hosts this site. The visit data Cloudflare receives includes your IP address, and the security check uses it.
Why we use it
To reply and handle what you contacted us about, such as answering questions, checking device lists, arranging demos, or reviewing partner applications.
Who helps process it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the security check. The visit data includes your IP address.
- Google Apps Script and Google Workspace deliver your message to our team as email.
- Google Fonts serves the page fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.
We do not sell your data. We will not use it for marketing without asking you first.
If a local partner should handle your work, we will ask you before passing on your details.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our company mailbox. No automatic deletion date is set yet. You can ask us to delete it.
Partner applications
When you submit an application at partners.safeallasia.com, we receive the company name, tax ID, website, type of work, brands you sell, customer segments, number of engineers, and the contact person's name, position, phone number and email. We use this information to review the application, get back to you, and create a partner account if you are approved.
Application data is stored in the Partner Portal system on Cloudflare. The tax ID is visible only to SafeAll system administrators.
Applications that are not approved are deleted 12 months after the decision. Approved applications are deleted 12 months after the partnership ends. The company name and email on a partner account stay in the system after that. You can ask us to delete them.
While you submit an application, the system keeps your IP address for up to 3 days to limit the number of submissions. When you use a partner account, the system keeps usage records, including IP address and browser details, for later review. No deletion date is set for these records yet, and they cannot be deleted on request.
