Security command centre

CSIM — one command centre for many security systems

CSIM brings video and signals from recorders, VMSs, access control, fire alarm, intrusion and building systems onto one screen. Operators see the incident, the video and the response steps without switching programs.

Simulated

The problem

  • Operators switch between several programs to piece one incident together, because cameras, doors, intrusion and fire alarm arrived on separate budgets and contractors.
  • Every new recorder brand means ripping out the old system or adding another set of screens.
  • Investigations mean exporting system by system, brand by brand, and a dead camera goes unnoticed until the footage is needed.

How it works

01

Connect

To the recorders and systems already installed, through the manufacturer's SDK or ONVIF / RTSP / PSIA.

02

Centralise

Video and incidents from every connected system on one map and one screen.

03

Handle the incident

When a signal arrives, the operator is alerted and gets the video and the response steps, and the outcome is recorded for later review.

Capabilities

12 brands, one screen

  • Works with the recorders you have — NVRs, DVRs and VMSs from 12 brands: Hikvision / Hilook, Dahua, UNV, Milestone, Bosch, Avigilon Alta, Tiandy, Holowits, Hanwha, i‑PRO, Axis Camera Station and Axxon.
  • No limit on cameras, recorders or clients — across many sites and servers.
  • Live and playback, up to 256 cameras per view — compare live and recorded video from the same camera on one screen.
  • Search and export evidence — by camera, event, date and time, with digital zoom and password-protected Raw / AVI / MP4 export.
  • PTZ and presets — as each model supports.
  • Your own camera views — save layouts as Views and set Sequences to rotate automatically.
  • Four screens per operator — map, cameras, incidents and dashboards on separate monitors.

Many systems, one screen

  • Access control — door events alongside video from the camera at the same spot, live door status, and lock / unlock from the centre.
  • Intrusion — intrusion signals become incidents on the same screen as the video.
  • Fire alarm — signals become incidents on the same screen.
  • Building automation (BAS) — view and switch air-conditioning, ventilation and lighting, with schedules.
  • Sensors and network devices — IoT over MQTT, BACnet, Modbus and SNMP.

Incident handling

  • Incident states To Do / Doing / Blocked / Done — with priority ranking.
  • Response procedures (SOP) — step by step, with a phone book and a field-officer dispatch queue.
  • Alerts on many channels — sound, map and camera pop-ups, e-mail, SMS, LINE, SIP and the video wall, with recipients routed by event type.
  • Incidents on the map — Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Mapbox, ArcGIS or offline maps, plus 2D / 3D floor plans (E-Map).
  • Incident summary reports — for any chosen period, printed or saved as Excel / PDF.

Administration

  • Device health — cameras, recorders (video loss / HDD failure), switches and servers.
  • Recording calendar and monthly availability report — exported as PDF / CSV.
  • Role- and area-based rights — decide who sees which cameras.
  • Audit log — every live and playback view, and every export with the officer, time and reason.
  • Failover — a standby server takes over automatically if the primary fails.
  • Thai and English interface
  • Connect other systems through a REST API

Start with one part

What is available depends on the recorder and camera model. We check your models before the project starts.

Who uses it

Buildings and factories

Cameras, doors, intrusion and building systems in one control room.

Multi-site organisations

Cameras across many sites and recorders from one centre.

Data centres and critical infrastructure

Know which device is down, with a usage record for audit.

Government and local authorities

Multi-brand cameras on one map, incidents handled by procedure.

Deployment

  • On-Premise on your own servers
  • Multi-site / multi-server
  • Maps work offline
