CCTV-IoT Sharing

Share the cameras you already have with the people who should see them

Bring camera feeds and sensor data from many owners into one place, and let each camera owner choose who may see them — no camera replacement, no ports opened on the camera.

Simulated

The problem

  • Other agencies ask to see your cameras, so files are sent or ports opened case by case, with no record of who watched what.
  • Citizens who want to see street cameras or request recorded footage have to come to the office.
  • Cameras from many brands and owners sit in separate systems, with no single map to see them on.

How it works

01

Branch site (Edge)

A connector reads existing cameras and recorders and connects outbound only to the central platform.

02

Central platform (Core)

Pulls each camera stream once and redistributes it as RTSP / RTMP / HLS / WebRTC, checking permissions every time.

03

Four user groups

Camera owners, central administrators, authorised officers and agencies, and the public see only what the owner allows.

Capabilities

The camera owner decides

  • Published one by one, off by default — the owner sets viewer groups and an expiry date, and can revoke access at any time.
  • Public viewing only for cameras the owner opens — no login required, with request-rate limiting.
  • Agency RTSP access, per-agency, time-limited — expiry date and connection limit, without opening any port on the camera.
  • Revoke access and streams stop in 10 seconds — WebRTC and agency RTSP within 10 seconds, HLS within 30 seconds.
  • Share a camera set as one link — gather the cameras an owner allows onto one page, send it as a link and close the link.

Watch from anywhere

  • Live view in any browser — WebRTC or HLS on a computer or a phone, no software to install.
  • Multi-camera screens on one display — grid layouts.
  • Build, save and reopen your own camera views — open a whole NVR or pole at once, save it as a View and file it in folders.
  • Automatic camera sequences — set the order and the time per page.
  • See every camera on the map — search, filter by status and colour-code by owner type.

Citizen services and city data

  • Request recorded footage online — a reference number to track status; officers approve in several steps.
  • Environment data alongside video — water level, rainfall, PM2.5 and traffic from public data sources, with charts and CSV export.

Administration

  • Add multi-brand cameras easily — discover through ONVIF and add Hikvision and Dahua NVRs or cameras.
  • Administrator console — devices, administrator rights, per-camera publishing switches and viewer statistics.
  • Viewing audit log — every user's viewing activity is recorded for audit.
  • Monthly camera availability report — separates "unknown status" from "faulty".
  • Officer sign-in with OIDC + TOTP
  • Open API for connecting other systems
  • Thai and English interface

Who uses it

Municipalities / local government

Open street and community cameras to the public, only those selected, and take footage requests online.

Police / government agencies

Request time-limited RTSP access to private cameras.

Private camera owners (malls, factories, housing estates)

Share specific cameras with outside agencies while every other camera stays private.

Provincial / city control centres

Cameras from many owners on one map, with Views organised by area.

Environment / flood agencies

Camera views alongside water, rainfall and PM2.5 data.

Deployment

  • On-Cloud · On-Premise · Hybrid
  • Every model runs on the same SafeAll Core Platform
