About us

We build systems
that have to work on site

SafeAll Asia develops the CSIM platform, which brings security systems from different vendors into one command center.

Simulated
Our position

Choose by fit, not by brand loyalty

We recommend approaches and equipment based first on each organization's technical needs and the equipment it actually has.

  • We do not tie customers to one brand in their next procurement round
  • We say plainly when some device models have limits that software cannot fix
  • We use an open database and open data formats, so the organization's data stays the organization's
  • Designed so components can be swapped, avoiding long-term dead ends

What we hold to in our work

  • Check the real thing first — we do not conclude from the spec sheet, but confirm from the actual devices and data on site
  • Test with Thai data — Thai layout and word breaking differ from English, so it has to be tested with the real thing
  • A system must be able to come back after it fails — 24-hour monitoring is judged by recovery, not just by how it runs when everything is normal
  • Change a little at a time, but correctly — fix only what is needed and keep what already works
Team capability

One team from the SDK to the user's screen

Connecting systems does not stop at one layer, so we have people covering every layer, sharing responsibility from device connection to the experience of the operators using the screen.

Operations core

A desktop command center for continuous monitoring, which has to take dozens of video channels at once and stay stable.

SDK integration

Wrap each manufacturer's SDK into one common interface, including work that has to cross programming languages.

Data and database

Design the data structure and tune performance to support devices in the tens of thousands and a continuous stream of events.

Web and reports

Dashboards for executives and report pages that always use the same status colors as the operations screen.

Design language

Every screen has to speak the same language

In a control room, inconsistent color is a risk. So we define one set of status colors and enforce it the same way on operator workstations and on the web.

Normal
Offline
  • Dark theme is the default for continuous monitoring screens
  • Uses the IBM Plex Sans Thai font across the system, for consistent Thai text
  • Red is reserved for what needs a decision, and is never used as decoration
  • Every screen follows the same design language
